In order to get the most out of your asphalt surface and ensure that it reaches its intended lifespan, preventative maintenance is needed. For more than a decade, we have served greater Cincinnati and its surrounding regions with exceptional asphalt maintenance services, including the following:

• Sealcoating and crack filling. Small cracks grow larger if left untreated, typically leading to bigger problems down the road. We’ll fill in any cracks and apply an additional protective layer onto your asphalt.
• Patching and repairs. If large cracks and potholes have formed, we’ll fill them in, smooth them out, and give you a maintainable asphalt pavement.
• Blacktop fades with time, as does its markings. If your parking lot lines are becoming less and less visible, we’ll repaint them so that they’re bright and clear once again, providing a safe environment for your customers.
• Overlay and reconstruction. If your asphalt is in poor condition, we’ll provide you with an overlay or reconstruction that returns your surface to top form—resetting the clock on your asphalt’s lifespan.
